The 40-meter SY Philippine Siren is a traditional Indonesian gaft-rigged Phinisi handcrafted from ironwood and teak. The custom-made vessel has all the luxury facilities a diver demands today and is set up with the underwater photographer and videographer in mind. Camera tables, big rinse buckets and digital hardware are all provided.
The luxurious cabins are flexible and can be used as twin or double bedded rooms accommodating up to 16 guests on board. The SY Philippine Siren offers an expansive leisure deck area and eight individually controlled air-conditioned cabins, each with personal computer, AV entertainment system and en-suite bathroom. All rooms are lavished with luxury extras including hair dryers, towels, mood lighting; bathrobes are also available on request.
For the underwater photographers & videographers out there, the Philippine Siren has specialized features to cater for your needs, including individually fitted computers and multiple power sources in all of the cabins. The computer features high-end specifications and 20″ high-definition flat-screens, which is integrated with the yacht’s network server. Furthermore, there are workstations for the preparation and maintenance of cameras including preparation and storage areas.
The air-conditioned salon has a large selection of fish and wildlife books, novels, travel guidebooks, a music collection plus a range of current movies. There are designated areas for charging and preparation of cameras and video equipment.
Free-flow soda and beer and gourmet food, from European cuisine to Thai and Indonesian specialties, are provided. Also on offer are laundry service, PADI courses, free Nitrox for certified divers, a boutique and kayaks.
