Fish 'n Fins was founded in 1972 by Francis Toribiong, explorer, mentor and dive legend. In 1998 Tova and Navot Bornovski carried on the torch from Francis. They are also the owners and operators of Ocean Hunter I & III.

Palau’s pioneer dive shop invites you to experience one of the world’s most diverse dive destinations. Discover pristine reefs, World War II wrecks, underwater caves, and marine lakes. Explore Palau aboard comfortable, uncrowded, shaded boats with some of Palau's most knowledgeable dive guides. For non-divers, there is snorkelling, trips to Jellyfish Lake, excursions through the stunning Rock Islands, land tours to the sights and history of the 'Big Island', Babeldaob, or fishing trips to catch the denizens of the deep.

A kayak tour is an excellent, undisruptive way to see the rich flora and fauna of Palau. Guests can also take part in the annual Fish 'N Fins Shark Week for those with a passion for the creatures or “Wrexpedition”, a week-long exploration of the wrecks sunk during World War II in Palau. The dive center has a high-tech, state of the art Photo Shop that is designed for underwater photographers to meet, share their work, and do their best work.

Fish 'n Fins is also a full technical diving facility. They offer guided technical excursions and cater for all needs including Deep, Wreck and CCR Rebreather divers.
