Bora Bora - Rangiroa - Fakarava

Day 1.    Arrival Tahiti

Meet & Greet with flower lei, document remittance and short transfer to the Sofitel Tahiti Maeva Beach Resort, Mountain view room, American breakfast included.

Day 2.    Tahiti / Bora Bora

In the morning a 50 min flight to Bora Bora and checkin the Maitai Polynesia.

2 nights with full board in Ocean view room at Maitai Polynesia. Possibility to pay a supplement for a beach bungalow or a over water bungalow. Suggested excursion to discover the island in the afternoon (not included):

Guided tour by jet-ski around Bora Bora lagoon

This 2 hour circle island tour by jet-ski is an opportunity to really enjoy yourself while discovering the most beautiful lagoon in the world.  You will be amazed of the various shades of blue & turquoise of the lagoon while you follow your guide on your own jet ski. A stop is included on a white sandy beach where some fresh fruits will be served. During a second stop on a “motu” (small islet), enjoy a “coconut show” – your guide demonstrates how to climb the coconut tree and how to open a coconut!

Day 3.    Bora Bora

Take the opportunity to do a 2-tank dive with Bora Bora Diving centre or Top Dive, who will pick you up & drop you off at the hotel.

Bora Bora and the mantas: dive one of the most beautiful lagoons of the world… experience an unforgettable manta ray "ballet" in the lagoon, dance with a wide variety of sharks, turtles and schools of barracudas outside the unique pass…

Recommended dive sites:  Tapu – Tupitipiti – Anau – Muri Muri

Day 4.    Bora Bora / Rangiroa

Transfer to the airport and take off on a 1hour flight to Rangiroa in the morning. Upon arrival to Rangiroa, transfer by minibus to the Maitai Rangiroa.

3 nights with full board in a tapa Bungalow at Maitai Rangiroa, full board.
Plan your scuba diving for the next 3 days with one of the dive clubs: Top Dive or The Six Passengers.

Day 5.    Rangiroa

Famous for large agitated passes of Avatoru & Tiputa: as one of the world’s largest atolls, Rangiroa offers exceptional drift diving with amazing successive big encounters such as manta & eagle rays, hammerhead sharks, reef sharks, turtles & dolphins, jackfish & various ocean fish schools.

Recommended dive sites:  The Wind Mill – The Blue – Tiputa Pass – The Angle – The Wrasse Plateau – The Aquarium

Day 6.    Rangiroa

Plan your scuba diving as desired.

Day 7.    Rangiroa - Fakarava

Transfer to Rangiroa airport and take off on a short flight to Fakarava. Upon arrival to Fakarava transfer to the White Sands Fakarava.

Check-in to a Tiare Bungalow, 3 nights including ½ board (breakfast & dinner).

Day 8.    Fakarava

UNESCO biosphere reserve: second biggest atoll in Polynesia, Fakarava shelters a reserve, protecting a rich & rare natural ecosystem including the hunting king-fisher, the Tuamotu palm and in the lagoons: crustaceans such as squills or sea cicadas (mantis-shrimps). Impressive passes lure also large pelagics and huge concentrations of reef species...

Day 9.    Fakarava

DAY 10. Fakarava - Tahiti

Transfer to Fakarava airport and departure to Tahiti on the last flight of the day. Upon arrival to Tahiti, you’ll be escorted to the international check-in.

 This package includes :

- 9 nights in hotels & room categories mentioned above
- American breakfast on Tahiti, full board in Bora Bora & Rangiroa and ½ board Fakarava
- Domestic flights Tahiti-Bora Bora -Rangiroa-Fakarava-Tahiti in Y class (luggage allowance 20 kg + 5 extra kg for scuba divers in Y class. Possibility to book Z class with a supplement. This class is with a 50kg luggage allowance)
- Welcome flower lei, farewell shell lei, assistance, luggage handling
- Round trip transfers in all islands
- Scuba diving pass (10 one-tank dives or 5 two-tank dives or a mix) for certified scuba divers only. All material is included. For certified divers only. Number of dives can be organized as wanted between the islands.

The above package is based on 2010 VAT tax levels. Should these be modified in 2011, we shall reserve the right to alter the above rates accordingly.
